I met with a customer yesterday about selling his house and the two things he was most concerned with was getting more money in less time. Even though he wanted a quick sale for top dollar, his house needed work.

I’m here to tell you that you can’t have it both ways, folks. Time and condition equal money in real estate. I like to eat donuts, but I can’t eat a dozen a day and remain healthy. The same idea applies to real estate sales.

If you want fast money, a cash investor can make an offer within 24 hours.

If you want fast money, sell to a cash investor who will buy the property as-is within 24 hours. We'd be happy to take a look at your home and make you an offer at your convenience.

If you want medium money, the house needs to be very clean, freshly painted, and spruced up with nice landscaping and grass.

If you want the good money on your home sale, you need to fix it up in a way that floors buyers. Premium flooring, granite countertops, new furnace and air conditioning systems are just a few of the things that will get you high-end money.

If you have any questions for us at all about home selling or real estate in general, don’t hesitate to give us a call or send us an email. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
