I recently saw a home in Scenic Heights where a property sold for $25,000 below market value. In a seller’s market, this is the opposite of what you would expect or should strive for.
Ultimately, sellers should be taking advantage of our current low inventory. Right now is a great time to earn top dollar, so don’t be afraid to push the envelope a bit when it comes to pricing your home.
