Bryan Hudson's Story
Bryan is a particularly special client because he was not only a seller and a buyer but also a TSB family member. Bryan's husband Billy was an agent with TSB Realty for many years before being diagnosed with cancer. Unfortunately, Billy had to leave Team Sandy Blanton in 2017 to take care of his health and sadly passed away in May 2020. Bryan and Billy purchased the home on Larkspur in 2008 for $220,000. After only 9 days on the market, Bryan was able to resell it at $285,000. That is the highest sales price in the subdivision's history!
With Agent Jordan's help and the money earned from his home sale, Bryan was able to purchase a condo in a highly coveted area of Pensacola the first day it hit the market.
